First of all Knotts responded to my online estimate almost immediately after filling it out. In less than two weeks I already had my truck parts ordered and fixed. They were fast, courteous and generally a good company to deal with. I recommend them and will use them in the future.

By far the cleanest office I’ve been to. I thought I was walking into a doctors office at first. Took my truck in and I was offered to be dropped off at Enterprise instead of just waiting for them to pick me up. Incredibly friendly staff and they do quality work.

When it was delivered ready a piece was hanging down, but they quickly secured the unnoticed piece by the shop. The following day I also noticed a house line to the air conditioner was left unattached and I was too far away to return to the shop. I had another reattach the hose.
