Jessica was so great through the whole experience. She was so easy to work with, and everyone I came in contact with was so welcoming and helpful. Justin did an amazing job on my car! The body repairs appear to be to the standard. My concern is the vehicle's alignment. It's not traveling straight and true as previously. Was this something that was looked at/inspected, put on a lift or considered during the assessment. Was the vehicle test driven to eliminate the possibility? Is this fix not able to be accomplished at this shop?
