Windshield cracked on the drive home. Appears that repair shop chipped the edge of glass, covered up by rubber gasket then it cracked under stress and heat on drive home. Hood is loose at front latch.

Jason Merchant, the service advisor, always does a fantastic job of keeping me informed of status of my vehicle and ensuring that I understand the service being performed, etc. In short, Momentum BMW has the right team in place in Service, which would lead me back when I decide to purchase again.
