Josh was very pleasant and professional explaining the repairs that may be needed on my vehicle and the estimated time that may be needed. He mentioned that the repairs/ timeline could not be confirmed until his tech looks at my car. Once his tech had completed his work, Josh notified me of the findings. Josh kept me informed until the work was completed
