We are very happy with the repairs Monarch did to our VW Tiguan. Not only do the repairs quickly . They also vacuumed and clean the cat inside and out. We had a couple of other estimates and Monarch's price seem very fair. We recommend them highly. Thanks guys for do a great job!

From the time I brought my vehicle in to Monarch Collision center, I was treated with great customer service. Mr. Brian was straight to the point and honest. He asked questions and took pictures before he gave me a quote. I felt confident that he could get my vehicle back right. This business exceeded my expectations and then some. He made sure he kept me updated up until the job was finished. And above all that when it was time for me to get my Durango back, Mr. Brian offered to come and pick me up from my house so that I would not have to worry about finding someone to bring me to his shop for pick up!! Now if that isn’t elite customer service then I don’t know what is. My vehicle looks like nothing ever happened to it. I highly recommend anyone who needs collision repair, that they go to Monarch hands down!😁

Brian and his staff have always been very helpful and always communicating each step along the way. They have gone above and beyond to get you in your rental before you leave after dropping your car off. Brian always answers his phone and had answers. I brought my first car here in 2021 and a second time this past February. This is my go to for any body work.

I love the clear communication from this company. Despite the hurdles you can have while going through something like having to get your car repaired, Monarch Collision Center made this process pretty stress free for me and I'd absolutely recommend them to others. Brian at Monarch Collision is the best! He has fixed two vehicles for me, both times going above and beyond. He charges a fair price for the work, and he even gave me advice on how to deal with the other driver's insurance when they were unresponsive. I would definitely recommend!
