Brian is the best! He’s like talking to an old friend. He keeps you updated, works with the insurance company, finds the best reasonable parts for your vehicle whether they are old or new and assists in the rental vehicle. Monarch did an AMAZING job fixing the damage to my car! It looked brand new as you would never would have know it had been in an accident.The paint was matched perfectly! Not only that, but they detailed both inside and the outside! Brian was wonderful to work with, very professional, and he made this experience a breeze! He even drove me to pick up my rental car! I highly recommend Monarch!

My experience at Monarch Collision was exceptional! From initial contact with owner Brian Steadman until I picked my car up, I felt informed. My car needed extensive body work. When I picked it up it looked brand new. The work was done in a timely manner and an extra wax and cleaning on top of that. It's a no brainer When I was looking at getting my vehicle fixed I talked to other repair shops and they wonder sending email where he wanted to come by and take a look at it that day. So of course I'd recommend Them
