The repair process working with the insurance companies was very stressful. Brian Steadman navigated that process expertly. I am so glad I found him to fix my 4 Runner. I didn't realize the insurance repair scheme was to try to get the repair companies to us third party parts and cut their labor rates. The work that was done at Monarch looks like new! And Brian was able to negotiate to get original Toyota parts. Thank you Brian. Five star rating!!

Brian gave me good insurance advise regarding regarding my alternatives, worked me in his schedule within a couple of days, completed the work in about 2-3 days and I was able to take home a clean and shiny car in a short amount of time and no complaints.
