The metal strip came off and I was told that they used the old strip and it didn't fasten as it should. They are willing to put a new one on. They didn't check my tailgate mainly because the damage was on the outside but it affected the closing of it. Now when I open and close it, it says tailgate open. They're willing to look into that also. Other than that the car and repairs look good and the car rides good. Courtney was very forth coming with information and the status from beginning to end of the process.

Jack did a very thorough job of explaining all repairs and went above and beyond at the time of delivery! I also had interactions with Jim, Jessica & Cassandra who were all very nice and professional!! Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend to my friends & family!!

Still waiting to bring my truck back to fix missed paint in the door jamb (was left with a strip of unpainted primer), was told the wheel was replaced with a used wheel- however it was the same exact wheel from the accident with the same exact marks, TPS sensors on both driver side wheels are still not working, and still waiting for my hitch to be replaced that was to be ordered from TSC. Still feels like I’m driving on rumble strips when I reach 45mph….Not a happy camper that it’s been since Aug that we’ve been dealing with this. When we initially picked the truck up after repairs were complete, the rear taillight wasn’t even plugged in.
