We’ve had great past experiences with Montrose Collision. This time not so much. There was a tiny section of body left unpainted near the bumper repair. I was told it was untreated because it was opposite side of the original damage. I can understand Montrose Collision’s need to be specific in its approach, but it doesn’t make sense to me that thousands of insurance dollars were spent to replace the bumper, and a tiny section directly connected to the bumper wasn’t addressed. It makes the whole repair look unfinished and that is disappointing.

Courtney did an excellent job of explaining the repair process and the steps that would be taken to ensure the vehicle was returned to its original condition. I appreciated the personal calls from Courtney with the latest updates and status. Courtney made it seem as if this was her personal car that was being repaired and making sure everything was done correctly.
