Courtney did an excellent job of explaining the repair process and the steps that would be taken to ensure the vehicle was returned to its original condition. I appreciated the personal calls from Courtney with the latest updates and status. Courtney made it seem as if this was her personal car that was being repaired and making sure everything was done correctly.

There were several imperfections that were supposed to be fixed and replaced the first time I dropped my vehicle off. Several paint issues and dings and dents on new panels that were replaced and repainted. I pointed these things out the first time I went back to pick up the car and was assured they would be fixed. I was then called and told the vehicle was done. I returned for the third time to find that the issues were still not repaired. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. How the rep acted about these areas of concern was not in a way that I was confident about their work.

All staff members were polite and professional. Courtney is amazing to work with. I had to take my car back to have a spot that looked bubbled looked at and she got me in right away and it was taken car of by just having to buff it out.
