The communication was great throughout the process. They had my vehicle for a very long time due to getting parts. However, they did an amazing job on the repair. I was very happy with that and their customer service. I hope I never need their assistance again but if I do I know they are the best choice for the job.

The team was very friendly and welcome me. Chris was awesome he came out to see the damaged to my car. His detail team was amazing my car look like a SHOW ROOM car when they returned my car to me the car was detail from the outside and INSIDE like brand new. The Receptionist was very kind. The speed to repair my Hyundai was super FAST!I. I was happy to have my returned to me because the rental car was making me sick due to the smell i have ASHMA. So zero stars on the rental company. Plus I had to wait an extra week just to get a rental car. But Montrose Ford is awesome I will recommend them to others and keep them on your Perfer Auto List they get 10 stars .

The repair was done very fast and they paid attention to detail everything looks brand new again! Also Chris was on top of thing and always kept me updated at every step! Only thing I would change is i wish I could have had the option to have only OEM parts used instead of a mix of OEM and aftermarket.
