I appreciate Chris’s persistence in ensuring everything was done as optimally as possible given delays with vendors, getting the correct parts, etc. The vehicle still drives great and looks at least as good as before the accident.

Would likely be rated a 10 if it did not require 2 months to finish the vehicle. Sometimes delays were due to inferior aftermarket parts that were ultimately completed with Lexus OEM parts.
