Moody's Collision Centers started in Gorham, Maine in 1977, and has grown to 15 locations all in Maine. In 2003 Moody’s became an ESOP (co-worker-owned). In the last few years, we have opened heavy truck locations in Bangor and Gorham, as well as opening our newest location in Brunswick in December of 2025. We are active in many local projects and support many organizations. We enjoy being involved in the community and helping local organizations succeed and meet their goals. We require ongoing training for our co-workers and have earned the highest accreditation for training in the industry. We utilize the latest technology in tools and equipment, combined with traditional methods. Moody's is the leader in collision repair providing quality repairs at a competitive price all backed with a lifetime warranty on workmanship. the car was not reconnecting as we were told it would be. The light bulbs were not installed as agreed. Just not the usual Moodys work we are used to. Few few other things too

customer see ice is great but the work we were told was going to be done was not. They called and said the car was ready for Friday pickup we got it Monday giving ample time to clean the car to Moodys expectations we were told we could come back that day in 3 hours and it could be done After having the car for a month it should. have been done

Excellent customer service! Not only were they able to squeeze my car in sooner for a smaller repair. They also went above and beyond to coordinate other needed services through another local business while my car was already there. Will recommend!

Moodys kept pushing our finish date on our truck back what was originally supposed to be a 1-2 week long repair took almost 5 weeks and would only tell us up dates if we called and asked about the process
