Moody's Collision Centers started in Gorham, Maine in 1977, and has grown to 15 locations all in Maine. In 2003 Moody’s became an ESOP (co-worker-owned). In the last few years, we have opened heavy truck locations in Bangor and Gorham, as well as opening our newest location in Brunswick in December of 2025. We are active in many local projects and support many organizations. We enjoy being involved in the community and helping local organizations succeed and meet their goals. We require ongoing training for our co-workers and have earned the highest accreditation for training in the industry. We utilize the latest technology in tools and equipment, combined with traditional methods. Vehicle was returned with some flaws, it will be taken care of next week. In the future I will give Moodyâs business but will not return to the Sandford location.

Al in Sandford had some issues but quickly made good on it. Tad Moody was absolutely outstanding when it was brought to his attention. Means a lot to a customer when one of the owners calls and checks in on yo multiple times. Thank you Tad

I was sure that our insurance company would total out the car due to the damage it sustained. I honestly can't believe the level of work Moody's did. You can't tell there was ever anything wrong.

I was told the bumper was being replaced entirely. When I returned home with vehicle I found a small sized gouge and the area where the trunk and bumper meet was missing paint.

No one followed up with me during repair and when I did speak with someone it seemed liked they were very rushed for time. Customer service was good although when I went in for a scheduled appointment I waited nearly 30 minutes and was given no explaination other than a meeting was taken place. I made this appointment to avoid any long wait time and this ended up making me late for work.

Would depend on what they need done. Iâve had several cars Iâve the years here and feel thereâs Rome to improve the service with communication and timely ness. Very nice staff.

Not enough communication with the customer. Would be nice if we could login and fiollow the process of repairs and time frame for any set backs. Phone calls are time consuming.
