The truck looks great after receiving it from the repair company

Overall, the company did follow up with me towards the end of the repair. I was told I would get a call the week before my scheduled appointment to drop my truck off. Luckily I called the friday before and they told me my appointment was that monday. I also had to call multiple times to follow up on my trucks status.

Took 5 weeks instead of the 2 weeks stated. Then car was not completely done and have to take it back in again, reopen the insurance claim get another rental car and more hassel of trying to squeeze this into my busy schedule and their short limited hours.
