Everyone we had contact with was so helpful and knowledgeable about the process of repairing our car. Trisha was very nice and supportive. When we picked up the car, Amanda was excited to show us the work done and you could tell she was proud of the workmanship. The car looked nicer than the day we picked it up from the dealership.

I would have given this a much higher rating because I’m overall happy with the work that’s been done. However, we’ve been hearing a rattling sound at high speeds and the back cover of the passenger seat was damaged due to being pressed back against our car seat, leaving an indentation and rip.
