My wife dealt with receptionist that was very kind and professional as well as the daily updates on the progress of her vehicle. Ricky was the best in explaining why and what was done to the automobile. A certain situation came about but the two of them were so professional and informative which kept her calm and understanding. She says she'd recommend anyone to Moppert. Ben primarily and Ricky also kept us updated about our car repairs which were frustrating because our 2024 VW, which was in an accident, had a part that was indefinitely backordered.
