I had in person contact with Luke, a manager ( I think this was his name) both before & after my car repair. He was personable & informative in both instances. Answered all my questions, gave me an estimated time line, outlined the process, reviewed the repairs done & even drove me home after I dropped off the rental car I had been using. The woman who manned the front desk was also friendly & outgoing. In summary, my experience with Moran was very positive .
