Too many issues. Horrible experience. If my insurance hadn't told me that it was the preferred shop, it wouldn't have been my choice.

I called with the approval from the insurance company the very NEXT day, but the shop NEVER even checked to see if my vehicle was even there!! After calling for a few days to check the progress, I went there to talk to the manager, Luke, and found out that the vehicle was still at the two yard!! 7 days wasted. Instead of pushing my vehicle to the top of the list, it was one excuse after another. The biggest excuse, was that they only had one person that did engines!

As I stated, one phone call after another and being told that it would take a couple weeks but no one ever checked to see if the vehicle was even there. When I showed up, Shannon, told me, that she's had the paperwork on her desk but didn't realize that the vehicle wasn't there! Did anyone look for it, to match up the paperwork? Obviously not.
