Jeff, in particular, was a joy to work with. He was patient, helpful and explained everything as we went along...at my level. I had a lot of confidence in him. When I first took my car in for an estimate, Morehart had a wait list of 4 months - they were very busy with "car/ deer encounters". My car insurance company had been notified of the cost and sent Morehart the check right away. When I realized this, I notified both the insurance company and Morehart that it would be 4 months before I could even get my car in. Morehart returned/didn't cash the check when I pointed this out. No hassle, no fuss, no questions asked. Just the right thing to do. Everyone at Morehart was polite and easy to work with. Other than the car needing repair, it was as pleasant an experience as could be expected.
