Some of your staff need seripus customer service training. Some people working there seem to be good. I am quite sure the good people know who the weak ones are.

Although you missed the delivery date by three days, that is my only complaint. The repair and paint are EXCELLENT!. The wash you did on the car was unbelievable, it looked like it just came off the showroom. I would easily recommend you're shop.

My car looks great but the communication about things was horrible never once called me to update the progress on my car. When 1st dropped off suppost to be 1 week it took 3 almost 4 weeks. Took almost 6 months to get it in.
