In addition to the repair, they deep-cleaned the interior (even though it wasn’t dirty) so now it looks like a brand new car!

Communication was abysmal. They told me they would take my car in mid January. They didn't take it until early March. I had to call them weekly. They never once reached out to me. They didn't update me when there were delays in fixing my car. I had to scramble for a rental car when I came back from vacation because my vehicle was supposed to be done while I was gone, but they didn't communicate to me that it wasn't, even though I told Robin how to reach me, and she said it wouldn't be an issue.

Did the repair but broke multiple things in my car that i now have to get fixed. Broken parts being: my visor clip, the cloth around the clip and the whole of the dome lights piece is no longer part of the ceiling. Really awesome

I’d like to sing some praises for Jeff at the body shop. That was the best service I’ve ever received at Morehart in the last several years of business together. He was kind, apologetic and actually proactive. 10/10 was able to make me a little less pissed.
