Repair not complete. Missing safety passenger side mirrors. Report to Repair center. Initial response from repair center is “mirror was not missing at time of estimate.” Provided pictures of truck provided to insurance adjuster and photos at time of estimate. Parts ordered and request to have installed. Informed we would have to be scheduled and not appointment offered. Drove 2 times 6.5 hours round trip for full repairs.

We were very pleased with the repair of the area of our Equinox that had been “keyed.” And it was a wonderful surprise to have the car detailed inside and outside. I called a few days later and asked the receptionist to tell the guys how much we appreciated all that they did.

The estimate being so was really off-putting. It would be hard to recommend because that is a lot of money to be different.

I liked the time frame and the work done. The actual bill was almost 2000.00 different than the estimate and the biggest discrepancy was the grill which was odd, not sure how that wasn't part of the original estimate.

The body work looks great, but they didn't wire the fog lights at all,and only partially wired the new headlights. They just plugged in the existing wiring harness, and left the supplementary lights completely unwired. They did part of the job well, and ignored the rest. I will not recommend or use them again.

They didn't communicate with me or my insurance well. I had to follow up to get scheduled, then they didn't coordinate the payment with Geico, as they said, and I had to pay out of pocket, and wait on Geico to repay me.
