Was told work would take 5 days, it took 15. I was not contacted a single time over the 15 days. My attempts to reach the collision center repeatedly failed. The operators were unhelpful and my messages were not returned. My vehicle was returned to me with a new door that was not connected to the key, so I had to bring it back, although the issue was addressed promptly. A plastic cover from the floor behind the drivers seat was destroyed somehow (driven over?) and just left in the care, no one told me about it. Greg was helpful when I finally insisted on speaking with a manager. The care was very clean, which was nice.

I did request on multiple phone calls that I wanted the car to have an oil and filter change done while being repaired before my grandson got it back. This was not done.

Everybody was very friendly, but it was such a difficult process. Nothing went smoothly and again lack of communication and the initial work not being done right. It just was not enjoyable at all. Very stressful.

Everybody was very nice. I did not appreciate the manager, trying to make me think that the paint matched when Helen Keller could tell that it did not. One week of not having my car turned to 3 1/2 weeks with no communication.

Anthony was great to work with- from start to finish. Our Tacoma Truck looks wonderful, paint looks seamless- we are happy campers! Customer service was polite and professional. However the job was supposed to be done in one week. It took three weeks. Certainly understandable that there might be complications in the job that could cause delays. However there was no communication about the delays and I could not reach a human when I called and messages left were not responded to.

The work on the repair was very good. The vehicle was returned clean, which I appreciate. My problem is that I was never kept informed or notified as the time for a relatively sma.l repair kept growing.
