Jeff Acevedo was very personable, and attentive. Seemed to know what work was needed. Great to work with. The only little glitch was that I called Jeff after a month of not hearing whether the parts were in. From the notes on my account, someone had called our home phone, which I don't answer. And never called my cell, which is with me all of the time!

I brought my car in due to accident damage. They were recommended being one of the best body shops in the area. Unfortunately my experience wasn't the case, after picking up my car upon driving it out of the lot, realized my blinker was busted. This wasn't the case whenever I brought my car in. I feel like had they driven it or done some sort of check up with it after putting it back together , they would have known it was blown. This was on a Friday , so I brought it back in on Monday. They replaced the bulb easy peasy. Then the next few days, I noticed the panel that was replaced wasn’t aligned with the rest of the vehicle and my back bumper was also off. Upon inspection from by my husband, there were close to 10 pens missing to hold the panel and back in place. I took it back they looked at it and agreed that this wasn't correct. Again, had they done a quick inspection before sending it home to me this would not have been missed. This is now my third follow up and my bumper still isn’t correct. I took it. back by there beauce it is very lose along the back underneath side of the bumper where it meets the impact bar. It was not like this upon taking it in. They told me they weren’t sure what was happening and unsure what they could do to help it become tighter. I think the back piece was put on wrong or missing a piece . All that is needed is to took that back piece off and just readjust st it. Even if just to satisfy me, I feel like that brushed me off because I am a woman , and because they were annoyed I brought it back in. Had they just checked over everything before returning to me, they would have caught a few of the issues very quickly . Instead, I had to take time out of my day again to leave my place of business and bring it back by there. I own a small business I am very familiar with being short staffed, but we still make sure our customers are happy and satisfied. In a small town, word of mouth is huge . I am really unhappy with how things turned out there and I will not be back or refer anyone there, even though I was referred. I would love my bumper to be in order, but here we are.

The car repaired looked great. It took two months to get it fixed, but I know it was not Moore heart’s fault that they had to wait on parts. I really appreciate the fact that they cleaned the car up after it sat outside for two months.
