My car was there for a week for repairs from two separate incidents. The first repair was not done correctly. Paint peeling, clips falling off of under cover on front side. That was suppose to have been redone. In addition to that my rear bumper needed to be repaired and it was but the black plastic was not replaced. The only thing done on my car in a week was the rear bumper paint repair. None of the other repairs were done. I specifically addressed the issues beforehand and it fell on deaf ears. I have always chosen morehart for repairs in the past but I have to say I am beyond disappointed this time around.

If the owner's at-fault insurance (Liberty) is NOT going to replace an expensive part (grill) because they don't think it's necessary (! Not seen in person) I should be notified before work is done, not after!!!

The repairs were finally completed. Is it what I expected? No. The body shop damaged as much as they fixed. They had to repair the damage and fix the initial repair. At this time the work is completed as expected. It was a long process. Which involved a verbal argument with a service writer. He became hostile when I requested more information on the service provided. Would I recommend or use this body shop again? I would be hard pressed to give them my business. I left there with the feeling that they did not want me returning as a customer.

Overall the customer service experience was terrible. The only employee that cared enough to help was the Body Shop Manager, Robyn Garden. She made all attempts to correct all issues.
