working with humans and not bots was refreshing with good customer service. Jeff was communicative and other team members passed along messages as needed which was appreciated; YET I made the request multiple times with State Farm and with Morehart Collision to change the contact information from Tim Main to Lisa Main and my (Lisa) phone number and email. It was my car not my husbands and he is on a 5 month remote trip backpacking so when you called or emailed him I did not get the message. And still this email was addressed to Tim. How did you even get his name and contact info???

So far so good. I don't seem to have any problems but I have only had the Jeep back for a few days. I was amazed that it cost only half what the estimate was because the part was a used one cannibalized from some other Jeep. But it seems perfect. If I have any problems with it, I am sure that the folks at Morehart Murphy will happily help me.
