The body work on the truck was excellent. However it took several weeks to get an appointment, waiting for parts and then waiting for availability. I never saw the office manager Ms. Moses smile, and she was not very friendly in person or on the phone. The text message service they provided was great. No need to contact me as stated in the survey, again I’m completely satisfied with the quality of the work. People skills just need a little help. .

I completed this survey when it was first sent to me, however I have gotten multiple requests afterwards. The body work on the Truck was excellent. Customer service needs improvement. Waiting for an appointment to have work done was not acceptable, it took quite awhile to get in for service. The office manager was not very friendly and never smiled.
