I got my prius back after almost 3 weeks with two notification lights still on, low tire pressure and low oil. I've never experienced that kind of neglegence from a shop. I gave a 2 because one of the men why kind enough to help look for my keys after I dropped them.

Took longer than a week. Tailgate not properly aligned. Bump stops were removed so tailgate would close instead of being adjusted properly. Wiring loom under bumper left hanging
