My husband and I were very disappointed with the way we were treated. Someone call about 4:15, and informed us that our car was ready.l informed him that we would get it on Monday. The reason was the traffic was very heavy. When I got my car on Monday it was about 8:01am my husband an I then to return the rented car.We were informed that we had a balance of $238.32 $50.00 that We were to receive back we had to add to this amount. Do we had to pay $188.32. If I were you, I would NEVER close a deal until I return the car to the owner
