The rear bumper is missing the aluminum guard plate. The letters SV are missing from the lift gate. The tire has a gash and bubble on the that was not there prior the accident. I see there is a $187.50 charge for a 19 inch alloy rim. My vehicle has 18 inch rims.

I was not satisfied with the work performed. There are some cheap parts that are not close to the original parts on my vehicle. The model letters are missing from the lift gate. I was disappointed in the way it was handled for example: When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Mr Taylor handed me my keys and paperwork saying I was all done. He did not take the time to do a walk through nor explain the work performed. Had a walk through been done, I would have noticed the errors as well as the bad tire. Being it was near closing time and my having to get on the hwy after waiting all day for completion to drive home 2 hours away, it wasn’t until I got home that I noticed the errors. Also the paperwork stated an alloy 19 inch wheel was purchased in the amount of $187.50, my vehicle has 18 inch wheels and the original rim with the damaged tire was put back onto my vehicle. I guess I just expected a reputable repair shop such as yours to be a bit more professional in handling my repair. I was very patient and was the one making calls to check the status as I rarely heard from the person handling my repair.
