Vehicle delivered with uneven gaps, some repairs not done. Took it back and while they tried to fix the issues, they still re delivered the vehicle with moderate imperfections. They said that was the best they can do. While doing my routine oil change, I noticed a broken plastic piece left hanging in the underside along with cigarette butts left in the undercarriage cover. Just goes to show the quality of workmanship Motor City is lacking. I’ve always taken my cars here and the repairs were always pristine. Never had to bring a car back.

The communication could not be worse. In fact, I honestly think it was the worst I’ve ever experienced in all of my auto body or engine repair work. However, the shop did an excellent job on the repair, and on how clean the vehicle was when I received it back.

The truck ended up taking three weeks instead of what was described to me as one week if I got the truck there by Monday morning. But nobody called to say it needed a new part, and that it would need another few weeks. It would’ve just been a nice courtesy to let me know the truck would need more time just so I was informed.

Unfortunately, the repairs had some issues when I tried to pick it up. There was some dirt or other debris in the paint; the bumper did not match the paint on the non-damaged side of the vehicle, and the hood and front fender had been surface-scratched while the vehicle was at your facility. In addition, when I made the final pickup, the plastic bolt cover for the seatbelt was missing.

The contact service person was Joseph Benavete he provided me an exelent costumer service by answering my questions and he did his best to complete the job as Promised.
