Unfortunately, the repairs had some issues when I tried to pick it up. There was some dirt or other debris in the paint; the bumper did not match the paint on the non-damaged side of the vehicle, and the hood and front fender had been surface-scratched while the vehicle was at your facility. In addition, when I made the final pickup, the plastic bolt cover for the seatbelt was missing.

The contact service person was Joseph Benavete he provided me an exelent costumer service by answering my questions and he did his best to complete the job as Promised. Often times when I called to inquire about the progress of my car they didn’t even answer pick up - one time I was on hold for the duration of the drive from Fresno to Bakersfield (2 hours) yet they still didn’t pick up.

Good repair. The only issue is it took 4 weeks to repair when I was told 5 days. Cost me extra around $700 just for the rental car.
