All the staff that I came into contact with were very professional and responsive. I am not a mechanic so I did not understand why they found additional damage after having my car for 8 days. This delayed the amount of time my car was in the shop. If I didn’t have extenuating circumstances of needing my car this probably would not have been an issue.

The staff were very professional and responsive but they found additional damage after having it for already 8 days. When I did picked up my car much later then I was led to believe I had a low tire and my battery was not tightened back correctly and had a dead battery in a few days. It was a very frustrating time.
