The team did a phenomenal job on the repairs and were friendly, helpful, and informative. Once everything was determined with insurance, they got my car in. Paint and color matching was great! When we picked up the car, we needed to do some minor adjustments to the lift gate that was replaced so that it can open and close smoothly. Other than that, top notch! Would absolutely come back for any future repairs or bodywork needs.

If all parts that needed to be replaced were replaced within the 2 weeks my car was in the shop, I'd have given a higher review. Upon receiving my car back, after I drove home, I noticed that on the same side I was hit, the plastic/mud flap piece looked like it had been buffed out rather than replaced. It was uneven, rough, and scratched.

I felt that I instigated the conversations regarding when I could bring my car in, how repairs were doing, and when I could pick the vehicle up. When I called regarding an update on the repairs, I was told I'd receive a call back from the shop by the next morning. It took until late in the afternoon the next day to hear anything back. During repairs, I was told I'd receive updates regarding the progress and if more parts needed to be ordered. I never received those updates. When going into the shop, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

You never like taking your ride to the body shop, but I always love how it looks when I get it back from the guys at Motorsports Concepts.
