I experienced excellent service and communication from Jill and lead mechanic. Bill! They listened to my need for mostly OEM parts and eventually worked things out with my auto insurance company. My car looks and drives like it did before my accident.

I have always liked motorworld and would usually recommend them but I just felt like I was being a burden when I called to ask questions and when I picked up my car and asked a question about what time the lot closed.

I am awaiting a call to fix the rear lights that were not installed correctly on my vehicle. I am told a part was being ordered but have not heard back yet. One light that was installed had a Crack in it. The other was not clipped in correctly. I understand these things happen and motorworld is working to rectify this and I would have no issue with that except that now I need to take my car back again. This means I might possibly have to deal with Erin who answers the phone. She was rude and it is inconvenient to feel as though I am a burden if I even ask a question about my vehicle.
