My experience with the Motorworld staff and process was a very pleasant and seamless one. It began with my initial contact with Kathleen. She was very courteous, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. My interaction with Dan was the same. He explained what steps were necessary to have my vehicle repaired and the approximate amount of time. They worked diligently with my insurance company from start to finish. No stress involved at all with this process. Thank you kindly! Also, during my visits there, I witnessed other staff members and their interactions with other customers - polite, friendly, courteous....😊

I experienced excellent service and communication from Jill and lead mechanic. Bill! They listened to my need for mostly OEM parts and eventually worked things out with my auto insurance company. My car looks and drives like it did before my accident.
