After a week without hearing anything, I called. I was told by Bill that my van was going in to be started. That was a Wed or Thurs. I called again on Monday and Bill told me the same thing. I called again on Tuesday and it still wasn't started. It ended up being two weeks and five individual lies by Bill before it got started. Completely and totally unacceptable. Allstate paid my $1000 deductible. Motorworld offered absolutely nothing to compensate for their incompetence.

Bill is a liar. Five lies to the same customer in less than a week certainly suggests that is a pattern. I will not be a return customer so long as he is in charge of anything.
