It is difficult to get in tough with the person who actually has knowledge about your repair. The only way is to leave a voicemail. It often takes quite a while to be called back.

I was told my car would be there for 2 days. On the second day I had to call an hour before you closed to find out that my car would not be done. Nobody contacted me to tell me that. I had to take off work the 3rd day because my husband was going out of town for work with our other car and I had no way of going to work.

Being told more information about what is being done to the car exactly and having someone walk out to your vehicle with you explaining what was done to make sure the process was fully understood by the customer. overall i was happy with the work but the service could have been a little bit more professional. 7/10
