While the claim was ultimately handled, I was very dissatisfied with the lack of service from Travelers Claims Office. I had to reach out to them many times to find out the status of my car. In fact, my car sat for 8 days at the original tow location waiting to be moved to a preferred Travelers auto body shop near me. I had more information on the car's status than the assigned Claims Representative did. I had to finally contact her supervisor to get any kind of response.
