This company is totally professional in every way. They did a great job on our car – it’s back to looking like New. They went over and beyond to get us our car back on time, even taking it to Toyota for calibration and opening the shop in order to accomplish that. We highly recommend them.

And they went totally out of their way to ensure that we got our car back on time, even taking it to Toyota for calibration and opening the shop on a Saturday so we could get it back. We highly recommend this body shop.

The body work was great and way more than i had wanted. I was dismade that there was an additional 2,000 miles on the car than when i left it. Gas had been added to a lower level than i had.

I would get an email saying the car would be ready the first of the week, then call and was told it would be the end of the week, call the end of the week and it would be Monday, call Monday and it would be Tuesday.

This was my first time being involved in an accident, and I was completely overwhelmed by the claims process and all the back-and-forth communication. Things became much easier when I was referred to Mr. B's Auto Shop for the repairs. The entire team was friendly and professional, but the shining star for me was Esperanza. She was attentive, took the time to explain the process, and was incredibly patient throughout the entire experience. She even worked directly with the insurance company to help get certain items covered and made sure a replacement part that didn't fit properly with my rear bumper was reordered and corrected. When I picked up my vehicle, it had been thoroughly detailed and washed, which was a wonderful and unexpected surprise. The quality of the repairs and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend Mr. B's Auto Shop enough. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and can absolutely understand why they are trusted Allstate partners.
