Took my vehicle for estimate. I talked to the lady up front and asked if could bring it in on Thursday morning and and get started on the Monday or Tuesday of the following week. She made a phone call and she said it will be no problem. Got call on Friday and they said that they can’t get estimate until Tuesday of next week. I made the appointment about month in advance she called said I can pick it up. I asked what happened to arrangements and said she doesn’t know what I am taking about. So I pick it up and it was scheduled for month out. I took it in and she said should be ready at the nd of the week or Monday of the fit week. I called on Friday around 2 and I got a text around 3:00 say it was ready and I owe $150. Couldn’t find a ride till Monday I called again and she said that fine and I ask all I owe was $150. She said yes. 4% charge for cards cash or check. I went to pick it up and vehicle had blue marks all over the hood cab and tail gate. I went in she tells it will be 1489. I asked why she said 150. I brought 150 in cash cause that’s what she said. All I have is a card she it will be a4% charge. More for card up. I told if I knew the full amount I would have brought a check. Top it off the vehicle dirty. Would think they would wash it and make sure all marks are off. Costumer service in my opt is bad.
