One question I had when dropping off vehicle for right front passenger side was that my tire pressure sensor is on on dashboard. I believe it’s from my accident impact. I was told all sensors will be fixed. It was off when driving off, but returned back on one day later. I think it’s the sensor itself and not actual tire pressure.

My daughter was in a small incident where someone hit her car. Mister B’s was able to get her car in and out and she was back on the road. Everyone was so helpful and nice would recommend them

I am very pleased with the work done on my car. It looks great. I was not very pleased with the communication. I took my car in at 8:00 a.m On Thurs (5/23)as I was asked to do. I was told that it would be ready the following Tuesday. I called on Tues. and was told that it would be ready on Thursday. When I called on Thurs. I was told that it would be ready the next day. On Friday morning I called again, and was told that it would be ready in the afternoon because they were going to take it to be washed. I could pick it up in the afternoon. When I arrived on Friday around 3:45, my car wasn't there! Apparently it was being washed. I was supposed to pick up my sister -in-law (who is blind) to takeome papers to the city by 4:30. Needless to say, I was in a panic. It should not have come to that. I was telling your secretary what I just told you, and I think she thought I was blaming her. I wasn't--I was just trying to tell her what had happened. I'm sorry if I made her feel bad. It wasn't her fault.

These days people rush to get the job done, but , these guys didn't rush. They cared about the quality and effort and how it looked instead of a half (you know what) job. They fixed my vehicle to the way it was before my accident. You honestly can't tell it was ever in a accident. Thank you Mr. B's!!!!!!!!
