I recognize the shop was short staffed the day we picked up our car, but we did contact the shop to tell them we’d be in in the afternoon to pick it up. When we arrived the car battery was stone dead and required three different tries with three different chargers to revive. When I got into the car to go home, the fuel level was so low it didn’t register AT ALL on the dash gauge—I had no idea whether I’d be able to make it to a gas station or whether I’d get stranded somewhere with no gas and a dead battery. It was stressful and I wish that these things could have been checked beforehand.

Good experience with the repair . Appreciate everyone in the shop. Misty at the desk( hope I remember her name correctly) was so wonderful and helped me greatly! And her dog “ Ansol” is sweet too! Will definitely tell people about your shop!!

Took too long on repairs and didn't make it home due to the radiator hose not being connected correctly..
