Received absolutely no updates on the status of my vehicle. Upon receiving my vehicle the collision center detailed the inside of my vehicle which while very kind, was done very poorly to the point that it caused me to have to buy my own cleaning products to reverse their mistakes. My windows were streaked to the point that I could not drive home without stopping to pick up glass cleaner and spending my evening cleaning them. It would have been better left alone and I am completely dissatisfied with the service I received. I will not be suggesting Mr. Cool’s to anyone.

The repair looks good. But when the car was cleaned inside it looks like whatever they used to shine the interior, they may have used the same rags or whatever to clean the inside windows. The windows inside has awful film on them and it’s hard to see out.
