My rear passenger window on the door being repaired is not working properly when trying to roll it down. This should have been checked before finishing the repair.

Overall I was incredibly satisfied with my experience. The staff was kind and helpful. Repair was prompt and updates were provided accurately. I hate to even say I wasn’t satisfied , but as soon as I left yesterday I noticed my tire immediately went flat and there was a huge gash in my tire and i had to immediately go the next morning to replace the tire , I can only assume somehow it came from some sort of metal from the lot because i heard some metal clink in the tire and then fall to the road and next I knew, my tire was flat. I also noticed that the bumper (that was replaced there) still “pops out” and i keep having to pop it back into place. Overall , I want to reiterate that I am incredibly satisfied and hate to complain, I more so just wanted to bring these things to your attention. I have been very satisfied with my experience overall.

Your company did a great , however, it is disconcerting that the insurance company would not allow you to fix the scratches around the driver side door handle other than that I’m very pleased and thank you for washing and detailing the inside of my car
