Excellent service!! the staff very friendly professional especially Luis I was dealing with on a regular basis giving me update on the progress of the repair and was listening to my request and recommendation. So far everything looks good and I've not had a chance yet to carefully review the repairs but it all looks very good I'll definitely recommend cool Collision center to other future customer.

Aside from the fact that Luis is a Dolphins fan, he was excellent in communicating how things were progressing with my car, and he was very resourceful when it came to getting parts. I really appreciated all the team’s effort in getting my car back in a timely fashion.

Staff were amazing and courteous. It was just nice to have smiling faces and updates by text. I think that if God for bid I have another problem I would take it back to Mr. cool collision because they took such good care of me. Thank you Peter and Louise for your help you guys are great.

You guys are all fantastic!!!! I will definitely use y’all again if I ever need work done on any of my cars!!! Made me feel like family and then the work was fantastic my car looks brand new!!! And to pick it up and it be all vacuumed and washed too…. Ugh I can’t even tell you how much that meant!!! Felt like you treated my car as if it were your own and there is nothing better!!!
