Beyond expectations. I just got my car back number repaired in 4 days. They ordered the parts first and once the part came they call me to drop the car for repair. They also managed the rental car which I picked and dropped from the repair site Surely I will give them 10 out of 10

Peter at Mr Cool was awesome. He kept us up to date on the whole process of the body work. They handled all the dealings with the insurance carrier which was a tremendous help. From day one to the exit day, nothing but a professional attitude which we appreciated. The body work it self was exceptional. We are very happy with the service we received from Mr Cool. If we ever find ourselves in this position again, this will be where we go.

Peter was on top of it from our very first conversation. It is clear he does this work everyday and knows exactly what to expect and how to prepare the customer with realistic expectations. Also, this shop offered to work on my car straight away, not in weeks or months like the national chains in town. Repairs were made right the first time, work was very high quality, updates by phone and email throughout. Happy to go out of the way for their customers without a second thought. Very impressed.

These guys are great! I have worked with several repair shops over my years and Mr. Cool is by far superior to the others. It was so easy, Kevin handled everything and kept me informed throughout the process. I’ve never heard of a shop completing the job early as Mr. C did. They even cleaned the interior of my car.
