Was going to repair my car myself except the adaptive cruise control wasn’t working due to the front camera being damaged. I went through insurance knowing I could not fix this myself. The day my vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up and as soon as I drove away, the sensor lights came on, and the cruise control was not working. When I asked, the employee told me several times he test drove it and the cruise control was working and no warning lights. That was impossible since they never recalibrated it. I would have appreciated direct honesty.

Everyone was polite, but the employee telling me he test drove the car when he obviously didn’t, resulted in me having to make another trip out to get the camera calibrated on another day.

Met Mr. Cool after going back to the shop. He's also very friendly and professional. What impressed me the most is that he was a humble leader. He was outside cleaning up the sidewalk instead of making other employees do it.
