I was very pleased with the results of my repair. The worked was completed long before the estimated completion time. The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional. They used genuine Kia parts and not a generic brand. I would highly recommend Mr. Cool Collision Center for any repairs you may need.

They did a way better job than I was expecting! I’ve been to other repair shops and the job was okay but not great. So, my expectations were mid. I certainly underestimated their skills. So happy I picked such a great shop and will be sure to go back for future needs. Only thing I can say that would remotely be negative is that whoever cleaned the vehicle afterwards, cleaned all the windows with some kind of oil and I have not been able to fully remove it all. Which ultimately impairs my vision at night. So, I would just watch what is put on the glass. Otherwise, everything was amazing and I am so appreciative of the quality work.

Everyone was very nice. Considering I was from out of town, (WISCONSIN) they pushed my repair ahead just to help. Great quality matching the paint considering I have a 3 stage pearl color. Highly recommended!
